FutureMed is a company specialises in Molecular Genetics, The company provides genetic test kits, genotyping and customized reports for clinical diagnostics, Pharmacogenomics and Wellness.

FutureMed provides its test kits only directly or through its affiliated healthcare professionals / channel partners only.

FutureMed makes no warrantees about its product whatsoever and does not provide any support if you have used the FutureMed test kit in any way other than directly with FutureMed or through an affiliated healthcare professional.

By using the FutureMed service, you also represent and warrant that any saliva samples you submit to us as part of the Service are your own, that you have followed the sample collection instructions provided and that you will not use our website or the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, unethical or in violation of these Terms.

2. FutureMed is Not Medical Advice

This report is based on your unique DNA results obtained by testing your buccal swabs or blood samples in response to a selection of key genes that are associated with the individual health. Futuremed provides genetic assessment services only for investigational purposes and the information thus given should be interpreted and used exclusively only by qualified medical practitioners, certified physicians, dieticians, nutritionist, sports therapists and others in similar professions. The company does not provide any medical advise and this report does not constitute a medical diagnostic report.

Genetic results are unique but being associated with a futuristic technology, the same must be used only under proper advice. FutureMed does not guarantee or in any way confirm any future disease or ailment associated with the genetic data disclosed in this report. For any contraindications you are advised to get supportive tests conducted from appropriate hospitals/laboratories.

Interpretation of genetic data is a matter of expert opinion. Before taking any action based on this report, you are advised to meet and seek the advice of a qualified medical / nutritionist / fitness practitioner / dermatologist or as the case may be a qualified expert of that field.

The company’s role is limited to providing results of genetic tests and providing a broad set of general recommendations. More detailed instructions that may be specific to you are to be made by qualified professional practitioners only. General guidelines provided in our reports are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional or medical advice. 3. Privacy and Security of Information

FutureMed takes your privacy and the security of your information very seriously. Only you will be able to access your genetic test results. Your FutureMed test kit is marked with a unique barcode, which is what our laboratory will use to analyze your sample.

FutureMed uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt information that is transmitted over the Internet. This technology uses 256-bit encryption, which ensures that confidential information cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered.

You understand that your biological sample may be disposed of or retained indefinitely for research, test validation, to provide me with updates about your genetic profile and / or education, as long as privacy is maintained. No compensation will be given nor will funds be forthcoming due to any inversion(s) resulting from research and development using specimens submitted. Your personal genetic information will never be disclosed to a third party without your explicit written consent to do so, unless required by law.

FutureMed may update our privacy and security policies and practices from time to time. We will continue to use commercially reasonable safeguards against unauthorized disclosure of or access to your genetic data or other personally identifiable information about you.

However, by agreeing to use the FutureMed Service, you acknowledge that security safeguards, by their nature, are capable of being circumvented and that FutureMed cannot guarantee that personally identifiable information about you will not be accessed by unauthorized people who are able to overcome such safeguards, including actions aimed at accessing information over the Internet.

FutureMed cannot be responsible for any personally identifiable genetic information about you that you release on your own, or that you request or authorize us to release.

The FutureMed name and logo are trademarks of FutureMed Devices Pvt. Ltd. FutureMed owns all of the content in its materials, including the content of this website. All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and products on this website and in our materials are protected internationally. Any use of these is strictly prohibited without the prior, written authorization of FutureMed.

5. Warrants, Liability and Indemnification

Our site, Services, your Report and other content are provided on an "as is" basis, and you use them at your own risk. FutureMed expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FutureMed makes no warranties as to the accuracy, quality or reliability of our site, the Services, your Report or other content, or any results that may be obtained from their use, or advice based on their use.

In no event will FutureMed, its licensors or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages however caused.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FutureMed, its licensors, suppliers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs and other expenses that arise from your use of our site, Services, your Report or other content, from your breach of these Terms, or from any data or communications you submit, post or transmit to or through our site.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

Refund/cancellaiton requests can only be raised within 24hrs. of placing the order for the test. Once the test kit is dispatched no refunds will be made.

These Terms of Service May Change

FutureMed may make changes to its terms of service from time to time and the website will be updated upon changes if any.

You acknowledge and agree that if you use our Services after the date on which the terms of service have changed, FutureMed will treat your use as acceptance of the updated and terms of service.
